Guess who's back around Makati for job hunting? :) Erika!
She had an interview in my (very own... haha) building so she joined me for lunch! Before this trip, we educated ourselves with the all-important becky ('gay') language (bekimon)!
Onwards to Greenbelt 3 after a whole lot of hullabaloo from BDO! Check out this sick sight above where we were walking!

We were feeling a little Japanese-y and not so Barat Obama (barat - 'cheapskate') so we flew over to Nanbantei of Tokyo! Now don't expect any ramen or much rice topping meals on this Japanese cuisine cause it's mostly skewer-food, sushi, and sashimi! I absolutely love the vegetable sauce and veggies they give as you order!
It's officially my 3rd time to eat here and this was the only time we didn't order the Bestsellers Platter (P800+). That would be lovely but it would also mean food overload for 2. Unless you're super sumo with an bottomless pit for a stomach.

Bestsellers Platter includes Aspara Maki, Tebasaki, Pork Garlic Yaki, Shiso Maki, Negima, Corn, and Poteto Maki! (21 Sticks overall, 3 of each!)
This is the oh-so-delicious Poteto Maki (P80+ for 2 skewers) which are potatoes wrapped in bacon. Basically, anything wrapped in bacon is good enough. Hahaha. But potato... dear lord, I'm trying that at home!

Tuna Sashimi (P160+)

My favorite Aspara Maki (P70)!!!!!! (Yes, every exclamation point is necessary~!) The saltiness and taste of the asparagus wrapped in pork is just heavenly.
Ekai with her Poteto Maki! A divine meal, I'm coming back for more! :) Check out the Nanbantei of Tokyo menu here.
